Paddling Pace Table

SLOW - Slow pace, sightseeing, chatting, floating, etc.

MODERATE - Decent pace (around 3 MPH), with stops for photos and points of interest, reconnoitering for a short chat.

FAST - Fast paddling (over 4MPH) over distance, 1-2 mile sprints, limited stops for water, etc.
